Salute Your Saint
For the past 2 years my boss has been toying with the idea of an All Saints Day party rather than a Halloween party for our students. We narrowly escaped that fate this year. Seriously though, what would you do for such an event? A feast, as is the intent of the day? A day of no school? Okay, not likely for us, but I still remember how the Catholic school punks got the day off of school. Oh, the perceived injustices of childhood!

well hopefully it would involve victorious saints slaying evil... oddly more violent though so you might as well just have everyone dress up as things to ward off evil... pagan basics and what not!
i can't believe i never got allsaints off?!
remember those "bible character" halloween parties? alternatives to pagan rituals where you dress up like a bibilical character and get candy at church... it's like saying "freak" instead of "f**k." Not as offensive or naughty per se, but we all know what you really wanted to do.
